Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. oil 1 tbsp
  2. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  3. Hing a pinch
  4. Curry leaves 6-8
  5. Soaked & boiled kale chana 2 cup
  6. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  7. Dhaniya - jeera powder 2 tbsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Peanut powder 3 tbsp
  12. Sugar powder 2 tbsp
  13. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  14. water 2 tbsp
  15. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the chana in water for 8 hrs & then boil in pressure cooker for 4 whistles & let the pressure release.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seed (rai), hing, curry leaves, kale chana, haldi, dhaniya - jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, moongfali powder, sugar powder, lemon juice & sprinkle 2 tbsp of water & then mix well. Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
