Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. Pinch of hing
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 tablespoon Saffola oil
  5. Water as required
  6. For Stuffing:
  7. 1 packet Saffola classic masala oats
  8. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1/4 cup green peas
  11. 1 teaspoon Saffola oil
  12. 1 1/2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, hing, salt, Saffola oil and mix well. Add water and knead a nice dough. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest.
  2. Heat water in a pan. Add Saffola classic masala oats, cumin powder, red chilli powder, green peas and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough into discs. Apply water on the edges, add the oats stuffing to the disc and cover with another disc and seal it.
  4. Glace the baking sheet with Saffola oil. Place the kachoris on the sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney, salad or potato Bhaji.
