Ingredients to make Egg Devil or Dimer Chop

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • Mutton keema 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2-3
  • chopped onion 1
  • ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Besan or gram flour as required
  • Refined oil as required

How to make Egg Devil or Dimer Chop

  1. Boil the eggs and let it cool.
  2. Then cut the eggs into half.
  3. Boil the potato and mash it
  4. Cook the mutton keema with chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and all the dry ingredients.
  5. To this mutton keema add the mashed potato.
  6. Now cover the eggs with this keema aloo mixture.
  7. Prepare a thick batter with besan or gram flour.
  8. Dip the covered eggs into the batter and roll them in the bread crumbs.
  9. Repeat this step once again.

My Tip:

Keep these ready to fry devils in the refrigerator for 30 mins. You can add little cornflour to the batter to make it more crispy.
