Boiled eggs covered with minced mutton and dipped in a batter and then deep fried.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boiled eggs
  2. Mutton keema 1 cup
  3. Boiled potatoes 2-3
  4. chopped onion 1
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  6. Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Bread crumbs as required
  10. Besan or gram flour as required
  11. Refined oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and let it cool.
  2. Then cut the eggs into half.
  3. Boil the potato and mash it
  4. Cook the mutton keema with chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and all the dry ingredients.
  5. To this mutton keema add the mashed potato.
  6. Now cover the eggs with this keema aloo mixture.
  7. Prepare a thick batter with besan or gram flour.
  8. Dip the covered eggs into the batter and roll them in the bread crumbs.
  9. Repeat this step once again.
