Ingredients to make Chicken 65 with Crunchy Salad and Homemade Chilli Sauce.

  • egg 1
  • 300 grams Boneless tender chicken
  • oil to fry
  • cornflour 2 Teaspoons
  • curry leaves-chopped 4-5
  • ginger/Garlic paste 2 Teaspoons
  • ginger-chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
  • garlic-chopped 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin seeds, pepper powder, Chilli powder, Salt 1/2 teaspoon each
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • coriander leaves-chopped 1/2 bunch

How to make Chicken 65 with Crunchy Salad and Homemade Chilli Sauce.

  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add salt, 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, pepper powder-pinch, cornflour and mix it.
  2. Now add 1 egg and mix in completely. Egg coats the chicken and keeps the juices in.
  3. Heat oil in a frying wok or kadhai. Add chicken pieces few at a time (Do not cover the kadhai) and fry until lightly golden brown. Drain and remove on a paper towel.
  4. Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin, chopped ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
  5. Now add chopped chillies, curry leaves,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, remaining pepper powder, chilli powder, salt, chilli/garlic paste and mix. Cook for a few minutes.
  6. Now Add a little water and then add chicken to this paste and toss lightly. Stir in the coriander leaves and garnish with lemon wedges and serve with the crunchy salad.
