Ingredients to make Paan coconut ladoo :yum:

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp. dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup condesned milk
  • 4 paan leaves also kniwn as beetel leaves
  • 4-5 tsp gulkand
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Green colour,optional
  • More desiccated cocount for rolling the ladoos

How to make Paan coconut ladoo :yum:

  1. Cut paan leaves in small pieces and grind with condesned milk untill they mix well
  2. Take ghee in the pan add cocount and riast it for 2 - 3 minutes then mix the mixture of paan leaves n condesned milk
  3. Stir for 2 min. More ir untill it gets dry
  4. Now switch off the flame n let it be cool for soemtime then take some amount of mixture and prepare the small chapati shape then fill the gulkand in between take the edges of chapati together and give the shape of ladoo.
  5. Now roll it on desiccated cocount
  6. Keep in the refrigerator

My Tip:

You can add some nuts in the filling with the gulkand.i didnt add the green color.if you want then you can add
