Rava laddoo

Ingredients to make Rava laddoo

  • Roasted rava ( powdered ) - 1cup
  • sugar powder - 1 cup
  • Cardamon powder - 1 pinch
  • cashew - 6 no's ( broken )
  • ghee - 5 tbsp

How to make Rava laddoo

  1. Bring in roasted rava powdered , cardamon powder and sugar powder I to a large bowl.
  2. Mix well with hands .
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew to get golden brown in colour.
  4. Now add this ghee and roasted cashew to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Use a ladle to mix since ghee is hot .
  6. Once the heat is hand friendly start to make laddoo of the mix.
  7. Finish making laddoo before the heat goes off.
  8. Store in airtight container, this can be stored for 3 - 4 days in shelf.

My Tip:

Ghee must be hot every time you add....
