Ingredients to make Oats gulkand surprise

  • For outer crust - 1 /4 cup roasted oats powder
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • Two drops rose syrup
  • 1/4 cup cup milk
  • Dry coconut powder 1/4 cup
  • For sugar syrup- 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • For stuffing - 2 tbsp gulkand
  • 2 tsp regular oats
  • 2 tsp pistachio powder

How to make Oats gulkand surprise

  1. First take milk powder and roasted oats powder , mix both ingredients well. Now add clarified butter and milk . Make a dough with this. Keep this dough into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile take a bowl, add water and sugar . Cook until one string consistency reached. Turn off the gas.
  3. Now for stuffing - take gulkand, oats and pistachio powder. Mix all ingredients well. Stuffing is ready .
  4. Take out dough from fridge and crumble this with hands. Now take crumbled dough , two drop rose syrup. Now add prepared sugar syrup and coconut powder. Cook until mix leaves the sides of the pan. Turn off the gas. Let it cool.
  5. When mix is cool down, take small ball size dough , flatten it with hands and put gulkand oats stuffing on center and close the sides . Make a ball with this . Repeat same process with remaining dough. Oats gulkand surprise are ready. Cut 8nto halves and serve .
