Instant Rasmalai

Ingredients to make Instant Rasmalai

  • 5-6 ready made rasgullas (or canned rasgullas)
  • 250 gm milk
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • Few strands of saffron
  • 1/2 tbsp green cardamom powder
  • Crushed almonds and pistachios, handful

How to make Instant Rasmalai

  1. Take a pan, add milk to heat and let it come to a boil.
  2. Boil it for 2 minutes, then add in the condensed milk, saffron, cardamom powder and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Next add in the rasgullas and cook it for 2 minutes.
  4. Then remove it from the stove and let it cool in the refrigerator.
  5. Garnish with crushed almonds, pistachios and serve.

My Tip:

If you use rasgullas, first squeeze it gently, then add it in the milk.
