Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blanched sweet corns 1 tbsp, frozen
  2. Capsicum, cut in slices- 1/2
  3. 1 small sized onion, chopped
  4. Green olives 1 tbsp, deseeded and chopped
  5. Green chillies, chopped- 2
  6. Dry mint leaves and parsley leaves 1/4 tsp
  7. Fresh coriander leaves 2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  9. Honey 1 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Ginger Juliennes 1/2 tsp
  13. Carrot 1/2 grated
  14. Fryums 10-12

Instructions

  1. Take one microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in it. Then add the corn in it.
  2. Heat this bowl in a microwave for 1 minute on a high heat.
  3. Heat oil in a small kadai/ pan, then fry in the fryums for 30 seconds. Then keep it aside.
  4. Now take a big bowl, add in the corns, capsicum, carrot, olives, green chillies. Also add in salt, black pepper powder, honey, lemon juice, dry herbs, parsley and mint. Mix it well together.
  5. Garnish it with a slice of lemon, tomato, onion, fresh coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
  6. Serve it with crunchy fryums.
