Ingredients to make Beef and Black Bean Stir Fry

  • Beef strips 250 grams
  • oil 4 tsp
  • carrot 1 small sized, thinly sliced
  • Green beans 4-5, cut into 2-3 cm length
  • Fresh red chilli 1, thinly sliced
  • 1 green capsicum, around 10 thin slices
  • 1 red capsicum, around 10 thin slices
  • spring onion 4, thinly sliced
  • garlic 2 cloves, crushed
  • Black bean sauce 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water 1/2 cup, to cook the beef

How to make Beef and Black Bean Stir Fry

  1. First take a pressure cooker, add the beef strips with water and pressure cook for 10 mins.
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, saute the beef till it's browned on all sides, this will take around 5 mins. Then remove and keep it aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil, add the beans, carrots, capsicums, chilli and crushed garlic. Saute for about 5 mins.
  4. Add the beef, black bean sauce, salt to taste, spring onion, mix it well and saute on a high heat for about 5 mins. Then take it off the heat.
  5. Serve it with fried rice.
