Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the dough:
  2. Rice flour 2 cups
  3. Cornflour 3 tsp
  4. Warm Water
  5. Peanut roasted 3 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chilli sauce 2 tsp
  8. Tomato ketchup to serve
  9. Wafers to serve
  10. Oil 2 tsp
  11. Vinegar 2 tsp
  12. Carrot and Capsicum 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. To prepare the noodles dough, take the rice flour and cornflour in a bowl. Make a soft dough using warm water.
  2. Prepare the steamer, now take the dough in a sewaiyan machine. Make noodles on the steamer plate and steam it for 10 minutes.
  3. Take it out and rub oil on it so that they do not stick.
  4. Take a non-stick kadhai. Heat oil in it, then add in the carrot, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes. Now add in the noodles. Mix well, then add in the salt, chilli sauce and vinegar.
  5. Next add in peanuts for some fusion taste.
  6. It is ready to be served with wafers and ketchup.

Wow! Rice noodles that too homemade... i thought it was a lot of work... but thanks for the recipes..
