Chappati Roll

Ingredients to make Chappati Roll

  • 2 chappatis
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 gm paneer
  • 1 capsicum
  • salt according to taste
  • Chat masala according to taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil

How to make Chappati Roll

  1. Crush the onion, tomato and capsicum in the chilli cutter. The mixture is ready.
  2. Mash the paneer in a bowl, then add in the onion, tomato, capsicum and the mixture to it and mix well. Add the salt, chat masala and mix it well.
  3. Take a chappati and put this mixture on the chappati and roll it.
  4. Heat the oil in pan, shallow fry the roll.
  5. Serve it hot with any sauce or mayonnaise.

My Tip:

If you want to make the roll spicy, add red or green chilli in it.

Look wise awsm...so plz tell...is it chapati made by wheat flour...n after rolling,it will nt opn while we will fry it

Hi, interesting to see the finish you have achieved with chappathi. Picture perfect. is the chappathi you have used already cooked or just rolled out? Is the chappathi atta plain or you have added cornflour in it to get this tight roll perfectly? Would very much love to know. Thankyou
