Bisi Cheeesy Maggi Noodles

Ingredients to make Bisi Cheeesy Maggi Noodles

  • Maggi noodles 1 packet
  • onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • tomatoes chopped 3 tbsp
  • capsicum chopped 3 tbsp
  • green chillies finely chopped 1 or 2 tsp (as per taste)
  • Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • red chilli paste 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • curry leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • garlic 3 nos chopped
  • Oregano and chilli flakes as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder and red chilli sauce for extra spicy taste, optional
  • Cheese grated as much as required
  • butter 3 tbsp

How to make Bisi Cheeesy Maggi Noodles

  1. In a pan, add butter, let it melt and fry in the garlic and green chillies in it. Then add in the curry leaves and spring onion.
  2. To this add in the onion and tomato, let it cook for a minute by adding a pinch of salt, chilli paste and ginger-garlic paste. Add in the capsicum and give a quick stir. To this add in the oregano and chilli flakes.
  3. Give a quick mix and keep this mixture aside. (You can also add chicken or prawns as per your choice, I made it totally veg). A little lemon juice at this point will give it a tangy taste.
  4. Now take half of the masala maggi in a plate, add in the cheese and layer with the remaining masala maggi. Garnish it with cheese and extra cheese.
  5. Yummy Bisi Cheesy Masala Maggi is ready.
