Ingredients to make Sizzling China

  • 1) INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES
  • Boiled Noodles 1/2 kg
  • carrot in juliennes 2
  • capsicum in juliennes 2
  • red chilli 1
  • garlic minced 1 tsp
  • ginger 1/2 tsp
  • onion sliced 4
  • Chinese cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion in juliennes 3
  • Veg stock 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • 2) INGREDIENTS FOR SZECHWAN rice
  • rice 1 cup
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • star anise 1
  • Dry red chilli 1
  • Szechwan peppers 2
  • Medium sized onion 4
  • Cubed carrots 1/2 cup
  • Cubed french beans 1/2 cup
  • Coloured capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Spring onions 2 to 3
  • Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • rice vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Five spice powder 1 tsp
  • 3) INGREDIENTS FOR VEGAN POTSTICKERS WITH mushroom AND TOFU RECEPI
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Crumbled tofu 1 block
  • mushroom diced 1/2 cup
  • cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Minced ginger 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh cilantro 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Wonton sheets as per requiement
  • 4) INGREDIENTS FOR rice MANCHURIAN
  • For balls
  • Grated cabbage 1 cup
  • Grated carrots 1 cup
  • Capaicum finely chopped 1
  • onion chopped 1
  • garlic minced 1 tbsp
  • ginger minced 3 tbsp
  • green chillies slit 3
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • cornflour 2 to 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • water 5 Cups
  • oil for frying
  • For gravy
  • Chilli oil 2 tbsp
  • garlic 4 tbsp
  • ginger 3 tbsp
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour dissolved in water 3 tbsp
  • Ajinimoto 1/2 TSP
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • 5) INGREDIENTS FOR SURPRISE CUTLETS
  • cabbage 1/2 cup
  • carrot 1/3 cup
  • capsicum 1 cup
  • Soya Granules 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • onion finely chopped 1
  • green chillies 2
  • coriander
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • oil for shallow frying
  • 6)INGREDIENTS FOR RIVIERA STUFFED tomatoes
  • rice boiled 1 cup
  • Pea 1/2 cup
  • cabbage 2 tbsp
  • onions 1
  • garlic 3 tbsp
  • Cheese as per requirement
  • salt to taste
  • tomatoes scooped 5
  • cream 3 tbsp
  • chilli flakes 2 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • 7). INGREDIENTS FOR SIZZLING EFFECT
  • Sizzler plate 1
  • Aluminum foil
  • cabbage leaves
  • Ice chilled water

How to make Sizzling China

  1. 1) PROCEDURE FOR VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES
  2. Boil noodles
  3. Heat Chinese wok n add oil
  4. Add whole red chilli , garlic , saute 10 second
  5. Add carrots n capsicum. Toss well
  6. Add vinegar n soya sauce
  7. Toss very well
  8. If noodles seem dry add veg stock
  9. Mix well
  10. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve
  11. 2) PROCEDURE FOR SZECHWAN RICE
  12. Boil rice
  13. Heat oil..add star anise.. After 2 minute..remove anise
  14. Add dry red chilli n Sichuan pepper
  15. Add ginger, garlic, vegetables ,toss well
  16. Add soya sauce..
  17. Add rice n remaining seasoning
  18. Toss on high flame
  19. Add salt to taste
  20. Add five spice powder n mix well
  21. Serve hot
  22. 3) PROCEDURE FOR VEGAN POTSTICKERS WITH MUSHROOM AND TOFU
  23. Saute tofu mushroom ,cabbage in olive oil
  24. Add ginger n garlic
  25. Saute
  26. Add remaining pepper n seasoning
  27. Cook for 5 minutes
  28. Remove from heat n cool
  29. Place 1 tbsp of mixture into wonton wrapper
  30. Fold it as you wish.. Any shape that you like
  31. Now steam it .. The same way as we steam momos
  32. 4) PROCEDURE FOR RICE MANCHURIAN
  33. Boil carrot ,cabbage,beans ,cauliflower for half a minute
  34. Drain them over a muslin cloth
  35. Add in spring onions,onions,capsicum,ginger,Garlic,
  36. Squeeze water
  37. Add in rice,salt,all seasoning n sauces ,cornflour, mix all
  38. Make balls n fry
  39. Take wok..add oil
  40. Add garlic n ginger
  41. Saute 2 minutes
  42. Add onion, green chilli, stir for a minute
  43. Add sauces to stock
  44. Add salt
  45. Add cornflour paste
  46. Cook all for 2 minute
  47. Adjust seasoning as per taste
  48. Serve hot with balls in gravy... Garnish spring onion green
  49. 5). SURPRISE CUTLETS
  50. Mix all the ingredients
  51. Shape it into a cutlet form
  52. Shallow Fry in oil
  53. 6). RIVIERA STUFFED TOMATOES.. Take a wok..add oil
  54. Add in veggies.. Saute little bit
  55. Add in peas
  56. Add in rice
  57. Add in all seasoning
  58. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  59. Switch of flame
  60. Add in cream n cheese
  61. Stuff it in tomato
  62. Top it with more cheese
  63. Bake it at 180 C for 10 to 15 minutes
  64. 7 ) PROCEDURE FOR SIZZLING
  65. Take an iron plate of sizzler
  66. To its base.. Add in aluminum foil
  67. Above it... Cover it with cabbage leaves.. 3 to 5 layers
  68. Then.. Heat it for around 20 minutes
  69. Now start placing all your cooked stuff
  70. Let it heat for another 10 minutes
  71. Then.. Put the iron plate on wooden tray
  72. Take it to ur serving table
  73. Add in ice chilled water
  74. Enjoy the sizzling sound.
