Ingredients to make Crispy Veg

  • 1 cup tricolour capsicums
  • 8 to 10 mushrooms
  • 4 to 5 baby corns
  • 12 cup corns
  • 4 to 5 pieces brocolli
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilly
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green celery
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 4 teaspoon cornflour
  • 3 teaspoon refined flour
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 12 teaspoon chilly flakes
  • oil

How to make Crispy Veg

  1. Take all the vegetables and finely cut in thick pieces.
  2. Add some refined flour and mix it thoroughly
  3. Make the batter of Refined flour and double the quantity of cornflour.
  4. Add salt and crushed black pepper.
  5. Add chilled water and make a thin batter.
  6. Heat the oil and deep fry all the vegetables on high flame.
  7. Now prepare the sauce.
  8. Take a big wok and put some oil.
  9. Add garlic and green chilly on high flame.
  10. Add red chilly paste and tomato ketchup.
  11. Add chilli flakes.
  12. Add corns and all the crunchy vegetables.
  13. Serve hot.

My Tip:

We can use vegetables like egg plant or lotus stem in this recipe.
