Ingredients to make Chinese platter

  • FOR LOTUS STEM MANCHURIAN
  • Half a piece of lotus stem
  • Half grated carrot
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped beans
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • oil for greasing the balls
  • FOR GRAVY:-
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato chilli sauce
  • few drops of soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Little water as required
  • FOR CHOWMEIN:-
  • 1 small packet of chowmein or noodles
  • Enough water to boil the noodles
  • Little salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chings chowmein masala
  • 2 tbsp green ,yellow and red capsicums finely cut in long thin slices
  • 4 tbsp finely round sliced onions
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions green
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • FOR PEA NUT FRIED RICE
  • 12 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped capsicum , onion,beans.
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp masala pea nuts
  • 1 tbsp mixed sauce which has soy sauce, tomato chilli sauce and vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • FOR HOT GARLIC VEGETABLES
  • All the desired vegetables like carrot , beans , capsicums tricolour and baby corn .
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour slurry
  • water as. required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chinese platter

  1. FOR MANCHURIAN
  2. Boil the lotus stem ,peel and grate it
  3. In a mixing bowl put together carrot, lotus stem,beans, green chillies , salt nd cornflour
  4. mix nicely and give it a lolipop shape using lotus stem boiled stick
  5. Heat the oil and deep fry all the manchurians
  6. Take a big wok ,Put some oil and add garlic and all the sauces
  7. Add cornflour slurry
  8. Add water and boil it for few minutes
  9. Now add munchurian balls and garnish with spring onion green
  10. CHOWMEIN RECIPE:-
  11. Boil the noodles with little salt and water
  12. Take a wok ,put some oil
  13. Add garlic all the vegetables , onions and saute it for 2 minutes
  14. Add boiled noodles, chowmein masala and mix it nicely
  15. Add all the sauces
  16. Add salt

  20. FOR PEANUT FRIED RICE:-
  21. Heat oil in a pan and put garlic, green chillies saute for a while
  22. Add all vegetables , onion and cook for a minute
  23. Add mixed sauces and salt
  24. Add masala peanuts and mix nicely
  25. HOT GARLIC VEGETABLES
  26. Boil the vegetables and keep them aside
  27. Heat oil in a pan ,Add garlic and onion saute for few minutes
  28. Add all the vegetables(boiled),All the mixed sauces , cornflour slurry.
  29. let it boil and After boiling for 5 minutes
  30. stirring continuously
  31. Add salt and pepper
  32. Assembling
  33. Take a big serving plate
  34. place the chowmein in the middle
  35. Take two capsicum bowls
  36. serve hot garlic vegetables in one capsicum bowl and serve fried rice in another capsicum bowl
  37. Areange both the capsicum bowls on both the corners of chowmein as shown in picture
  38. Serve lotus stem munchurian in separate bowl
  39. Serve hot and enjoy the chinese platter
