Ingredients to make Garlic and Thyme roast Chicken legs

  • 8 chicken legs with skin
  • 5 cloves of garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp of paprika powder
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp of cornflour

How to make Garlic and Thyme roast Chicken legs

  1. wash the chicken , marinate with cornflour, lemon juice , salt and pepper for 15 mins
  2. now mix olive oil, butter, thyme, garlic and paprika powder, fill this nicely inside the skin of the legs , then marinate nicely for another 1/2 hour , meanwhile preheat the oven at 160 degrees
  3. keep the legs in a baking tray , bake for 20 mins or till perfectly cooked, you can serve with risotto and sauteed veggies

My Tip:

cook the chicken till it gets that brown color
