Gud Papdi

Ingredients to make Gud Papdi

  • wheat flour 1cup
  • Finely chopped gur- 1cup
  • ghee 1cup
  • elaichi powder 1tsp
  • Chopped badam 1tbsp

How to make Gud Papdi

  1. Heat a pan and add ghee in it.
  2. Add flour and roast it till light brown
  3. Meanwhile, grease a plate keep aside
  4. As the flour gets roasted, add gud (jaggery) to it mix well
  5. As the mixture start leaving pan, turn off gas. Add elaichi powder
  6. Pour this mix on a greased plate. Spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle badam on top
  7. Let it cool. Cut into square pieces

My Tip:

Keeps well for 15-10 days at room temperature
