Rice Ball

Ingredients to make Rice Ball

  • rice 3cups
  • jaggery (gud )1/2kg
  • ghee half cup
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Dry fruits- half cup

How to make Rice Ball

  1. Wash rice and keep it to dry
  2. Heat up a pan and roast the rice
  3. TTake rice in a grinder. Make fine powder. And you can also separately run grated coconut to make powder
  4. Melt the jaggery while melting add ghee turn the flame off
  5. Then add rice powder, coconut, dry fruit into the melted jaggery give it a god mix
  6. And start making balls out of it
  7. Your rice ball is ready

My Tip:

You can also add cardamom powder. Adjust ghee and jaggery according to taste.
