  • Poha/flattened rice -1cup
  • Gud/jaggery - 3/4cup
  • ghee 4tbsp
  • almonds -1/4cup
  • Green cardamon powder -1tsp
  • cream - 4tbsp

How to make Poha Laddoo (flattened rice and jaggery balls)

  1. Dry roast poha and grind in a grinder and keep aside
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add almonds and roast for a minute
  3. Crush jaggery to a fine powder
  4. Now take a pan, add poha, jaggery, ghee with almonds, cardamom powder, and cream. mix well
  5. Make round balls.
  6. The laddos are ready

My Tip:

If want to store for a longer period, don't add cream
