Ingredients to make Vege idli

  • urad dal 1 glass
  • rice 3 glasses
  • Veggies - capsicum 1
  • Green peas 1 tbs
  • coriander leaves a handful l
  • Green chilli 6-8
  • salt as desired
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

How to make Vege idli

  1. Wash urad dal and rice .soak them from morning till the evening
  2. Now grind them to a fine mix and allow it to ferment for whole night.
  3. Add salt and chop all the veges finely and mix it to the batter
  4. Now make idlis in idli maker add baking soda in it.
  5. After 15-20 minutes idlis are ready.enjoy with sambhar chutney or sauce
  6. Pack for kids lunchbox

Add as many veggies you like and make idlis more nutritious
