Ingredients to make Mix Bhajani Thalipeth

  • 1/4 cup besan
  • 1/4 cup jowar flour
  • 1/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp jeera powder
  • 1small onion, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • oil for cooking
  • 2green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • White butter to serve

How to make Mix Bhajani Thalipeth

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together and add a little water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat non-stick pan spread a layer of the batter to form of a pancake. it should be of medium thickness .Then put some little oil to cook thalipeeth.
  3. Cook on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve hot with white butter or curd or pickle. Enjoy.
