Temaki Sushi

Ingredients to make Temaki Sushi

  • 300 g Fresh Sashimi (raw fish of you choice)
  • 2 cup Sushi Rice
  • 10 Sheet Nori
  • Mayonaise
  • Avocados
  • Soy Sauce
  • Wasabi

How to make Temaki Sushi

  1. Hold sashimi tightly and slice into thin pieces, Cut nori sheets in 4 quarters.
  2. Place sushi rice and fillings on a plate.
  3. Place the nori on the palm of your hand. Put a thin layer of sushi rice.
  4. Put a piece of sashimi into soy sauce and wasabi and lay it on top on the rice in the centre.
  5. Now put some avocados, roll it up into a cone shape.
  6. Serve immediately.
