Sushi

Ingredients to make Sushi

  • Cook rice 1 cup
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Green chatani(pudina) 2tbsp
  • hing 1 pinch
  • salt as per taste
  • carrot jullions 1/2 cup
  • cucumber jullions 1/2cup
  • Beetroot jullions 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce or spring onion
  • rice paper sheet 4(available in the market)

How to make Sushi

  1. In a bowl add cooked rice, curd, pudina chatani, salt and hing. Mix it well.
  2. Put rice paper in warm water for 3sec then put it on wet cloth.
  3. On rice paper arrange rice, carrot jullions,beetroot jullions,cucumber jullions fold two sides.
  4. Fold like a roll then put some lettuce or spring onion leaf. Again roll it tightly.
  5. Place all rolls in wet cloth.
  6. While cutting, put knife in water then cut the pieces (wet knife).
  7. Serve with red chutani or ketchup

My Tip:

You can make these rolls a day before...you can cut them easily also.
