Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Almond 1 bowl
  2. Jaggery 1 bowl
  3. Coconut powder 1/2 bowl
  4. Dry dates 1 /2 bowl ( powder)
  5. Ghee 1 bowl
  6. Cashews 1/4 bowl ( crushed)
  7. Cardamom powder 1 big spoon

Instructions

  1. Powder almonds in a mixer
  2. Roast almond powder, Coconut powder and dry dates powder in ghee one by one in a frying pan. ( You can use microwave to roast)
  3. Mash jaggery in a big plate. Mix in roasted almond powder.
  4. Mix cashews and cardamoms powder in it.
  5. Mix all ingredients welland roast for 5 mins .
  6. Put this mixture in a mixer jar and mix for a few minutes
  7. Make small or medium size laddoos.
  8. Decorate with almonds or any dry fruits that you like.
  9. Serve in a plate, and enjoy the delicious laddoos.

It's really good as you don't need any base( flour ) for binding.
