Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour (Atta) - 250 gm
  2. Gond (Fried) - 50 gm
  3. Roasted Almonds - 50 gm
  4. Roasted Poppy Seeds (Posta Dana) - 50 gm
  5. Crushed Jaggery - 200 gm
  6. Dry ginger powder - 1 tablespoon
  7. Ghee - 150 gm
  8. Milk - 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Roast atta on medium heat. Add ghee and keep roasting.
  2. Grind the fried Gond in fine powdered form and add it to the roasted atta. Keep stirring.
  3. Add roasted Almond and Poppy seeds separately, and turn off the gas after 3 minutes.
  4. Slowly mix jaggery in roasted atta. Keep stirring and add milk if required. Add dry ginger powder as well.
  5. When cooled sufficiently, start making laddoos.
