Ingredients to make Badam Rooh E Shireen

  • almond Sherbet Concentrate - Here I am giving the measurement for two servings
  • Roohafza 4 tbsp
  • Chilled water as required to fill the glass.
  • Icecubes as desired.
  • For the almond sherbet concentrate - 2 tbsp of soaked almond paste
  • 1 tbsp of melon seeds and poppy seeds each
  • Sugar syrup - 1/2 cup with 1/4 cup water.

How to make Badam Rooh E Shireen

  1. Make a paste of almonds melon and poppy seeds. Heat the sugar until you get a one string consistency. Mix the paste in it and once it thickens, cool it and make this tempting badam rooh e shireen.
  2. Blend all and serve chilled.
  3. Use ice cubes liberally.

My Tip:

You can use rose syrup in the place of roohafza if available easily. You can also omit poppy seeds if not available.
