- 3/4 th cup ( can be increased or decreased as per your sweetness preference)

How to make Nei Appam/Sweet Appams
My Tip:Keep the flame low always, since it has jaggery, high heat will burn your appams from the outside while the inside will remain raw. Nei Appams can be made using soaked & ground rice too.. But i personally prefer the ones made with wheat flour since they are softer in inside.
