Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Amla 500 gms (1/2 kg)
  2. Jaggery 500 gms
  3. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Remove seed from amla and crush in a grinder to get pulp.
  2. Mix jaggery in amla pulp
  3. Put this mixture in a pan, cook on low flame( for 10 mins).
  4. Cook stirring continuously till it becomes thick. it should not stick to the bottom
  5. Mix cardamom powder and turn off the gas. Leave it to cool.
  6. Store in an air- tight container
