Corn Spinach Cheese Balls

Ingredients to make Corn Spinach Cheese Balls

  • Chopped spinach 1 cup
  • potatoes 2 cups, boiled , peeled and mashed
  • crumbled paneer 1 cup
  • bolied corn crushed 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • green chilli paste 2 tsp
  • green chilli paste 2 tsp
  • red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • dry mix herb 1 tsp
  • wheat bread crumbs for mixing 1/4 cup
  • processed cheese cubes 4, each cut into 12 pieces
  • corn flour 2 tbsp
  • wheat bread crumbs for rolling 1/2 cup
  • oil for Deep frying
  • For Serving sweet garlic chilli sauce

How to make Corn Spinach Cheese Balls

  1. Mix the all ingredients well. Keep cheese slices aside
  2. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them again into small balls.
  3. Place a piece of cheese cube in the center of ball and again shape them into a round ball
  4. make corn flour thick paste with adding cold milk.
  5. Roll the into corn flour paste and then into the bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
  6. Keep it in to the freeze for 1 hour. Then heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the balls till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  7. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with sweet chilli sauce.

My Tip:

for more taste you can add cheese
