Tandoori Cauliflower

Ingredients to make Tandoori Cauliflower

  • cauliflower florets 10 pieces
  • 2 tbsp besan flour
  • 2 tsp chilli paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • Thick curd
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt to tast
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp cashew powder

How to make Tandoori Cauliflower

  1. Take a bowl, add curd,chilli paste, sal,t garam masala, cumin powder, cashew powder, hone,y chat masala, ginger garlic paste, besan flour and mix well. keep aside
  2. Take a pan add enough water add cauliflower florets cook for 5 minutes Drain water add cauliflower to the tandoori paste mix well keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes
  3. Meanwhile heat the pan add enough oil for frying when oil is hot enough slowly slide the tandoori cauliflower fry until golden brown in color on low flame
  4. Remove and place the tandoori cauliflower on paper napkin Serve with sliced onion and lemon wedges. Happy cooking
