Ingredients to make Paneer fingers stick shallow fry

  • paneer 1 pack
  • onion powder 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil for shallow frying
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

How to make Paneer fingers stick shallow fry

  1. Cut paneer into 8 strips. Take a plate and add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, oil, lime juice, Mexican seasoning, pepper, chili flakes and turmeric and mix well.
  2. To this add paneer finger sticks and mix well. Keep aside for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  3. For coating add 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp maida, salt and 1 tsp Mexican seasoning. Mix well and keep aside.
  4. Now heat the pan. Add oil for shallow frying.
  5. Roll each marinated paneer fingers in rice flour mixture.
  6. When the oil is hot slowly add the paneer finger. Fry till golden brown in color on a high flame turning regularly with out burning the paneer fingers.
  7. Fry for 5 minutes. Serve hot with sauce.
