Ingredients to make Sajana-phula Pakodi/Moringa Flower Fritter

  • Moringa flower 1 cup
  • Gram-flour 1 cup
  • garlic cloves 10
  • Green Chili 4
  • salt
  • oil to fry
  • water

How to make Sajana-phula Pakodi/Moringa Flower Fritter

  1. Wash the flowers and chop them. Make a paste of garlic and green chili.
  2. In a bowl take gramflour, add garlic paste and chopped flowers. Add Moringa leaves. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add water to make a thick batter. Heat oil and drop spoonful of batter into oil. Cook at medium heat for a minute. Flip them and cook until they are done. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can add 2 tbsp Moringa leaves too if you want to make it more crunchy .
