Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1/2 cup Aata
  3. 2 tsp yogurt
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil for frying
  7. chiili and soya sauce
  8. 1 cup grated cabbage,capsicum,carrots,mushrooms.
  9. 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 2 tsp chopped garlic , ginger, green chilli

Instructions

  1. need dough by mixing maida,flour,salt ,water
  2. for filling heat oil in pan then add chopped garlic,green chilli, ginger then add all vegis and saute till half cooked then add salt, black pepper, chilli powder and mix all.
  3. then add both sauces and transfer it in a bowl
  4. make small rounds out of maida dough and fill some filling and seal it using water.
  5. steam prepared momos in steamer for 15 min.check when it become firm from outside.
  6. let it cool down then deep fry it in medium hot oil until crisp.or you can air fry it for 10 min at 180.
  7. toss it in soya and chilli sauce.
  8. serve hot with mayonnaise or tomato chuttny
