Leftover Rice Balls

Ingredients to make Leftover Rice Balls

  • Potato 2-3 boiled and mashed
  • Carrot 1 large grated
  • Peas 1/2 cup boiled
  • Cabbage grated
  • Left over rice 1 cup
  • Green chillies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp grated
  • Capsicum 1/2
  • Corn flour 1tsp

How to make Leftover Rice Balls

  1. Take Rice , capsicum, green chillies and ginger. mix them well. Blend in a mixer
  2. In a bowl add potato carrot, peas, cabbage, red chilli powder, salt, tamarind, corn flour and mix well
  3. Now make balls and deep fry these balls in hot oil
  4. Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
