Ingredients to make 3 Minutes Inipu Appam

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • jaggery 3/4 Cup
  • coconut grated half cup
  • banana medium size 1
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil / ghee for cooking

How to make 3 Minutes Inipu Appam

  1. In a pan add little water and melt the jaggery ,strain it and keep it aside
  2. Take a bowl add rice flour, add melted jaggery.
  3. Then add mashed banana and grated coconut to it
  4. Add a pinch of salt
  5. Add required water , the batter must be lightly thicker than dosa batter
  6. Heat paniyaram pan pour oil and pour batter and fry it till it becomes brown
  7. Or simply deep fry it in a pan by Taking enough oil in the pan and just pour a spoon full of batter and fry it
