Bread Banana Malai Kulfi

Ingredients to make Bread Banana Malai Kulfi

  • Bread slices with trimmed edges 2 to 3
  • bananas pureed 4
  • sugar 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Evaporated milk 500 ml
  • Nuts of your choice chopped 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • saffron strands 3 to 4

How to make Bread Banana Malai Kulfi

  1. Blend all the ingredients well and pour this in the kulfi moulds and freeze until set
  2. Chop the nuts so that you bite into them everytime you eat it.
  3. Evaporated milk is used here by me basically for the colour.
  4. If you prefer, you can use full fat milk, not skimmed one.
  5. You can omit the use of cream here if you desire, instead increase the quantity of bananas to 6.
  6. Freeze it for about 6 to 8 hours.
  7. Serve it chilled.
