Ingredients to make Mushroom Tikka

  • 400 gms mushrooms
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch gram masala
  • 1 pinch red chilli
  • 1 tbsp malai

How to make Mushroom Tikka

  1. Wash and pat dry mushrooms
  2. Make a marinade of ginger garlic paste
  3. Add salt chilli, gram masala, and malai
  4. Marinate the mushrooms.
  5. Keep for one hour
  6. Grill on a grill pan or simply toss in a non stick pan for 6-7 minutes. Serve hot
