  1. combine milk ,heavy cream , glucose syrup , carob powder and white sugar in bowl
  2. put on heat till it reaches 850 F temperature if you don't have temperature measuring instrument just check the consistency should be like whipping cream(continuously mix with spoon while on heat)
  3. once mixture reaches right temperature chill it quickly by place in bowl which fills with cold water and ice cubes
  4. once the mixture is cold add yogurt too and mix well and keep in the fridge for next 2hrs
  5. take out the mixture from the fridge and use a food processor to make a smooth paste
  6. use any good quality container for your ice cream and put it in the freezer for 6-7 hrs and yogurt ice cream is ready
  7. 7. take any shape which you like i have cut it in square shape and place one strawberry on top of it :)

My Tip:

Carob powder is optional but it gives a very nice thickness and smoothness to your cream. and step 6 is optional but with this step you will get great texture and smoothness to your ice cream.
