Granola Energy Bars - No Bake Recipe

Ingredients to make Granola Energy Bars - No Bake Recipe

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cornflakes or more for extra crunch
  • 8-10 de-seeded dates
  • 5-6 raisins
  • 15 almonds
  • 5 pistachio
  • Handful of flax seeds (optional)
  • 10 or more fox nuts
  • 1/4 tsp vinegar/lime juice
  • 2 tsp- Bournvita or any other energy boosting powder (optional)

How to make Granola Energy Bars - No Bake Recipe

  1. Dry roast oats. Keep aside.
  2. Dry roast fox nuts, almonds, flax seeds, and cornflakes.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Mash dates and raisins with hands. You may use your processor.
  5. Cut almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and fox nuts into small pieces.
  6. Mix with dry roasted ingredients. Now do not use your processor. Just press all ingredients with your palms. We want to retain the crunch.
  7. Add honey and vinegar.
  8. Blend everything well with hands. You may use a rolling pin to press the ingredients and give it a bark-like shape.
  9. Keep it under weight for 30 mts-1 hour, so you can easily cut pieces and enjoy energy bars.

My Tip:

If you want these crunchier, bake or air fry these bars for 10-15 minutes
