Ingredients to make Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup (50gm)
  • all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups (180gm)
  • Powdered sugar 3/4th cup (110gm).
  • Canola oil 1/2 cup or any brand cooking oil.
  • Vanilla essence a tsp
  • eggs 3 large
  • Baking powder a tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • buttermilk a cup or milk
  • Ganache for the topping and some sprinklers.
  • For the ganache- cocoa powder 4 tbsp
  • Milk a cup
  • Caster sugar 3/4 th cup or
  • If not using caster sugar, take 2 tbsp of cornflour
  • butter 4 tbsp

How to make Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients well.
  2. Whisk the eggs and the oil along with sugar until creamy.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients slowly in the wet mix until you use up the whole of it.
  4. Bake it in a preheated oven on 180° for 30 mins.
  5. For the ganache just combine all and keep stirring it on low flame to medium flame until you get the desired thickness.
  6. Decorate your cake with the silky smooth ganache and chocolate sprinklers.
  7. Top it up with chocolate sprinklers.
