Molten Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients to make Molten Chocolate Pudding

  • 250 gm home made paneer... ( I used full fat curdled milk)
  • Half tin condensed milk (200gm)
  • sugar ( optional) about 1 tbsp
  • Essence of your choice( I used mango essence) 1tsp
  • Any dark or milk chocolate - cut into small squares 6 pieces ( I used morde dark chocolate)
  • eggs 2
  • Silicon cupcake mould 6

How to make Molten Chocolate Pudding

  1. In your mixer combine everything except the chocolate, make a smooth batter, it would be liquidy.
  2. Grease the cup cake mould with butter pour 1/4 of the cup and put one chocolate in the middle, cover the cup with the rest of the liquid, leave 1/4 space on the top.
  3. Fill all cups like wise and microwave at highest mode about 6-7 min depending on the temp. Mine took 7 min at 750 watt highest.Standing time is another 1-2 min and you are done.
  4. The best part you don't need to make it before. ..You can make them just before you want to serve or have.
