Ingredients to make Veg kurma in microwave

  • potato 2
  • carrot 1
  • Frozen green peas 1/2 cup
  • Beans 3
  • onion 2
  • green chillies 3
  • coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • garlic paste 1tsp
  • chilli powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric
  • salt
  • oil 2 tsp
  • coriander leaves

How to make Veg kurma in microwave

  1. Cut all vegetables. Take an oven proof dish,put garlic paste and micro for 30sec. Take out add potato,carrot ,beans ,chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric & salt. Pour enough water just to cover the veg. Cook for 5 min. then take out & add peas, tomato & onion.Cook for another 5 min.
  2. Remove from microwave & add coconut milk & coriander leaves. Micro for 3 more min. Remove, stir well to make gravy thick.
  3. Serve hot.
  4. I cooked on High for each step.

My Tip:

Add cauliflour or any other veg. Coconut milk,we can use fresh or canned.
