Easy and healthy one. Grandma's recipe. My favourite childhood evening snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi flour 2 cup
  2. Palm jaggery 1 cup (grated)
  3. Coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Ghee
  5. Salt

Instructions

  1. In a idli steamer place the ragi flour in a white cloth. Fold it from all the sides and steam it for 5 mins.
  2. Transfer steamed flour to a plate. Add a spoon of water little by little and mix well with fingers. Flour will become crumbly in texture.
  3. Steam it for another 15 minutes.
  4. In a pan add ghee and saute grated coconut for a minute and then turn it off .
  5. Mix steamed ragi flour, coconut and jaggery.
