Ingredients to make Peach and Dates Smoothie

  • Peaches 2
  • dates 1/4 cup
  • Boiled milk 3/4 th cup
  • almonds or cashews soaked about 3-4

How to make Peach and Dates Smoothie

  1. Boil milk and soak the de seeded dates in this for 15 to 20 mins.
  2. Chop the peaches to small pieces.
  3. Remove the peel of the almonds and add all these to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and fluffy.

My Tip:
