Rawa Handvo

Ingredients to make Rawa Handvo

  • 1 cup Rawa
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp salt or as per your test
  • Pinch Of baking soda
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • coriander few leaves
  • 1 green sweet paper
  • mustered seed 1 tsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • curry leaves 4-5
  • green chili 4-5 or (as per your test how much spice level you wish)

How to make Rawa Handvo

  1. mix rawa , curd and salt in bowl and mix well and keep it aside for 10 min
  2. meanwhile finely chop all vegetables and add in rawa batter and mix well .
  3. for tadka - heat oil in small pan on medium heat. once hot add mustered seed and curry leaves let them pop . add sesame seeds. let them splutters.
  4. now add half tadka in batter and mix well. grease your baking tray with oil
  5. just before pouring batter in baking try add baking soda and mix now pour in baking try and on top of that sprinkle remaining tadka and bake it for 5 min
  6. rawa handvo is ready you can cut any shape which you like and serve with any chutney.

My Tip:

i have 700 watt microwave so bake time vary according to your microwave.
