Ingredients to make Apple kheer

  • 1 cup peeled grated apple
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom Powder

How to make Apple kheer

  1. Add peeled grated apple, sugar and 2 tbsp water in a microwave safe bowl .mix and microwave for 2 mins while stirring in between.
  2. Combine milk and cornflour in another bowl and whisk nicely.microwave it for 5 mins while stirring in between.
  3. Add apple sugar mix and milk well and microwave for 1 min.
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Serve in bowl, warm or cold with your choice nuts.
