Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl moong sprouts
  2. 50 gms paneer grated
  3. 1 carrot grated
  4. 1 capsicum [cut into rings]
  5. 1 onion cuts in rings
  6. 2 spoon sauce
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp oil
  9. Salt, pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Firstly Grind sprouts and add salt, Red chilli and mix well to form a batter, keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in non stick pan, put a ladle of the mixture like a chila, cook on both sides.
  3. Then spread sauce and arrange veggies, follow the pictorial pics.Then put grated paneer on it and cover it and cook for 2 min. Your healthy Pizza is ready.
