Ingredients to make Sprouts Pizza

  • 1 bowl moong sprouts
  • 50 gms paneer grated
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 capsicum [cut into rings]
  • 1 onion cuts in rings
  • 2 spoon sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt, pepper for seasoning

How to make Sprouts Pizza

  1. Firstly Grind sprouts and add salt, Red chilli and mix well to form a batter, keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in non stick pan, put a ladle of the mixture like a chila, cook on both sides.
  3. Then spread sauce and arrange veggies, follow the pictorial pics.Then put grated paneer on it and cover it and cook for 2 min. Your healthy Pizza is ready.
