Ingredients to make Eggless vanilla cake

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • cashew nuts, raisins and cherries [handful]
  • butter 1 spoon

How to make Eggless vanilla cake

  1. sieve the flour and baking powder, keep aside. Whisk the butter and sugar together. Then add the milk to it and whisk further.
  2. Now add the vanilla essence and whisk. add the flour mix into the batter, and fold it in. finally fold in the dry fruits mixture, pour this batter into a microwave safe greased baking tin.
  3. Bake it in the microwave oven at high heat for 10 minutes. once cold enough, de-mould and slice it to serve.
