MAGGI CUTLETS

Ingredients to make MAGGI CUTLETS

  • Maggi noodles - 1 packet
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrots
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • chopped green coriander
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp oil

How to make MAGGI CUTLETS

  1. Break maggi noodles into small pieces.
  2. Boil 1 packet of Maggi with 1 teaspoon of oil without Maggi masala.
  3. Drain Maggi after 3-4 minutes and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  4. Take mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add all chopped vegetables. Add Black pepper, salt and Maggi masala and mix well.
  5. Add boiled maggi noodles in the prepared mixture and mix the whole thing gently.
  6. Take the mixture in hand and make round balls out of it and flatten them with the help of palms to give it a shape of cutlets .
  7. Coat with bread crumbs.
  8. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadhai and shallow fry cutlets on a medium flame until it gets golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can add corn flour to add a binding factor to the cutlets.
